The facility is older, which is not a problem of itself. But there were issues with maintenence. The hot water went out leaving us with cold showers. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they offered a 15 percent discount. The shower also had mildew issues. Otherwise, nice room and friendly staff in breakfast room. Breakfast was good but waffle maker was broken. Not planning to return.

Excellent value and the shuttle to the concert venue was a great surprise! The only con was lukewarm water in the shower never got hot. We only stayed one night so didn’t bring it up but a longer stay it would’ve been an issue.

The bathroom was so filthy with so much hair on the floor and walls. I asked to cancel my stay but was unable to do so. They sent housekeeping to clean, but I still had to use lysol wipes to wipe away black hair on the floor, walls, and in shower.

Font desk staff was nice. Like other say, I think they may house homeless people so maybe keep that in mind, not necessarily somewhere I would bring a family, it was fine for a night. Booked a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes.

The doors to the room are like a door on your bedroom, not really secure. Ours looked like it may have been kicked in and repaired. Bathroom outdated, no ledge for toothbrush. Nowhere to hang a hand towel nd very small. The water sprays everywhere when you turn on the tap. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the best part. Make your own waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins, bread. Coffee and selection of juice.

I booked a jacuzzi suite and it was incredibly disappointing- the tv stopped working and temperature control in the room was very difficult. However, the biggest issues were there was no hot water so I couldn’t even use the jacuzzi which was the sole reason for getting the room. Also, I was unable to take a hot shower in the morning. I got a partial refund but the whole thing was a mistake. Staff reported knowing the water was an issue but that wasn’t communicated before checking in- also I called the front desk for assistance and they just said yeah we know it’s an issue if you let it run for 10 minutes and it’s still cold there isn’t any hot water.

This property has a combination of monthly and nightly renters. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. It is a minimalist room. Other hotels in the area have closed. I was lucky and was not at the hotel except to sleep and no problems. Heard at the desk others having trouble with hot water. Maintenance travels to multiple properties. Need full time maintenance at hotel in this shape. If he has nothing to do paint the end of the building before winter to keep boards from rotting. There is good effort to keep it going but the plant is old.

The room was in disrepair (please see photos) and had a faint smell of urine that permeated throughout the room. This was not a well cleaned room at all. The adjoining guest room was fully unlocked when I arrived and people were in that adjoining room. I truly don’t understand how this hotel could ever be rated 8/10 stars when it’s a 1 at best. I will not stay here again. I am a disabled Navy veteran and I drove three hours for medical care. The ratings on this app, wherever they are coming from, are not reliable. I see that there isn’t a place here to attach here. That’s too bad because they speak for themselves. Let’s just say this, I am glad that I had my .357 magnum on the bedside table. The room appears to have been broken into many times. This was very unexpected and I was also glad that my SUV survived the druggies and shady guests.

Human hair and dust covered these radiator covers in horrible disrepair.
Not even 1970s look. I am an old timer. If this tiny bathroom was updated anytime later than 1959, I would be surprised. Seriously.
