This lower level end unit condo at
Echota on the Ridge is impeccably
furnished and has everything you
need for your next getaway. Peace &
Tranquility offers a great kitchen with
granite counters, that is fully stocked. having been in the hospitality industry, we feel it has anything you may need for your needs.
A dining area with seating for four,
cozy living room with a
and flat screen TV with cable and
streaming apps capabilities. GAS FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL IN OUR HOME AT THIS TIME.
Peace & Tranquility's master bedroom
has a King bed, TV with cable, and en
suite full bath and second bedroom
has a Queen bed, TV with cable and
streaming capabilities, and a second full bath. You
can access the deck from master
suite or living room area. End unit
location gives you unobstructed
layered mountain view which will

As a guest at Echota on the Ridge, you
will also have access to all the
amenities of this popular destination,
including indoor pool and hot tub in the winter months and outdoor pool(May till October) Both clubhouses offer a very large Great Room that has a very large Big Screen TV and a fireplace with tons of comfortable seating to watch a sporting event. Pool Table is just in the other room there.

You will also be centrally located to all
the High Country has to offer and it's
an easy drive to Boone, Blowing Rock

Appalachian State Mountain in the winter, and in the summer, you are near Mountain Biking at Beech Mnt, Live music at so many venues each day, Breweries, Winery's and of
course tons of shopping and
restaurants. The entrance to the
beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway is also
just minutes away. AWD or 4WD recommended but not required in the winter months.
This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort unless they are licensed service animal. Vest and tags must be with you and your dog. And please let me know ahead of time.

Yes, everything was in good order. It was nice of the owner to reach out to us during our stay to ask if we needed anything or had any questions. We have been staying at various condos in Echota on The Ridge since 2014 and this is the first time an owner has reached out to us.

Great place! Would love to stay again!

We have stayed at a similar place on the property before, but this was even better! The host checked in with me and offered assistance if at all needed. The place was extremely clean and the host had even turned the AC on a little cooler, to make it more comfortable. The views from this place are absolutely stunning! We loved the peace and quiet of sitting on the back deck in the morning and evenings. Attached is a photo of the sunrise this morning.

Cozy Mountain Stay with Great Views

Wonderful unit in the best mountain community. We love Echota and stay in this community often - the indoor pool is a favorite for our family. This unit has everything you need for a cozy stay and a very caring host. We visited with snow on the ground, so the sleds and snow shovel were greatly appreciated. A working fireplace would have made things even cozier, but it is listed that the fireplace doesn't work and it was on me for overreading that. All in all a wonderful stay and we would visit again.

Disappointing.

Let me start with the pros: The condo was very clean when we arrived. The view is beautiful as well. The Cons: couches and dining chairs are very worn out. We could barely sit for more than 10 minutes - very uncomfortable . Upon arrival, the owner informed us the washer was not working - could have planned better with our clothing as I was counting on being able to wash some wet clothing from tubing/ snow activities. There were no extra towels and we could not wash them either due to the broken washer. There are no under cabinet lights and the light above the stove was out. We could hardly see to cook. Worst of all, pillows in the bedrooms are completely worn out. They are about 2cm in thickness each. How is that acceptable? I stacked up 3 pillows and still couldn’t get comfortable. My husband had to roll up some sweaters for a pillow.The throw pillows in the living room were the same, completely flat. There are several other issues, but these should suffice. Quite disappointing.

Great Family Time

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Echota on the Ridge. The property is well cared for, and stocked to meet our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The views are gorgeous! Paul was a great host and all communications were clear and helpful.

Relaxing Fall Break

Perfectly Cozy with a Gorgeous View

We loved staying here. The view is breathtaking, and the owner is so nice and beyond accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend away. We will be back for sure!

A++++ Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Upon check-in, it was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was adequate seating both in the kitchen, living room and outdoor balcony area. Beds were very comfortable. The owner is accommodating and was very responsive. The only down side is that we wanted to soak In the hot tub at the clubhouse after our hike. However, it was drained and closed for repairs, maybe for the fall and winter.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay on the Ridge. Our boys enjoyed fishing on the lower pond, which is by the indoor pool. They caught some fish. The outdoor pool is relaxing and a short walk from the condo. The clubhouse has a pool table and workout facility. You are close to many of the local attractions. The view from the back porch is beautiful. If you are an early riser you can watch the sun come up over the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. They had your basic seasonings. I will say the location is high up. That does allow for beautiful views and cool weather.

From the initial communication with the host to the moment we departed, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that the property was spotless upon our arrival. The attention to detail was remarkable, and we felt immediately at ease in our surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the tranquility of the surroundings. Nestled in a peaceful area, the property offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were able to relax and unwind, enjoying the quiet ambiance and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The amenities provided were exceptional. The pools were clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect opportunity to cool off on warm days. The gym facilities were also top-notch, allowing us to maintain our fitness routine even while on vacation. Overall, this property had everything we needed and more for a memorable stay. Wonderful stay @ Peace and Tranquility!

Echota condo Peace and Tranquility was absolutely wonderful. We visited the area for skiing over a long weekend. The condo was more perfect than described. The morning sunrise was stunning. The condo was extremely clean, very comfortable and well appointed! The indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing after spending the day outside in cold temperatures. Communication with the owners was spot on and the check in/out procedures were very clear.

Thanksgiving stay

The property is everything as advertised. The views from the deck are amazing. The beds are super comfortable!! It was cold over Thanksgiving so the fireplace was awesome to warm cold hands!! We cooked in dinner each day and the kitchen had everything you need. Paul the owner is super responsive and checks in to make sure all is going good!! Two things to note: 1) it's a regular coffee maker (not a Keurig), remember to bring coffee as there isn't any there. 2) Be aware the condo is high in the mountains (hence the awesome views). There is no "quick" way up or down it. This was what we wanted but others may not realize this!!! Once to the main road, you're about 15 minutes from Boone or Sugar. Great trip and great condo. No issues at all!!!!

Perfection Personified

This property met all of our expectations and then some. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful sums up our three night stay. The view of the sunrise each morning was stunning, and the security of a gated community added to our peace of mind. The owner was super, checking in with us upon our arrival and ensuring that we were comfortable. We’ll be back, not soon enough!
