The apartment is 43 m² and has a huge terrace of 20m². The flat is fully equipped with elevator, garden furniture, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, 1 TV. The open-plan kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

This apartment is located in the best area of Barcelona, the Eixample Dret. In this neighborhood is an architectural marvel that attracts millions of tourists, more than 4 million per year, The Sagrada Familia. So, there are plenty of reasons to say that staying at the foot of this world monument and having full views of the basilica from its terrace is a privilege. The pedestrian and flamboyant Avenida Gaudí and the Sant Pau Modernist Site are two very close unavoidable places. And it is that the Dreta de l'Eixample is not only the most central area of Barcelona, but it is the heart of Catalan modernism; It is a neighborhood of culture and living architecture, offers an unparalleled gastronomic, leisure and cultural variety.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

• Towels, sheets and toilet paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included.

• Towels: Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.

• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

• Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

• Check-in: Our standard check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m. are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins from midnight onwards.

• If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.

• If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.

• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of €19.95 will apply.

• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony.

• Parties and meetings: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).

• Personal belongings: The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
