Acogedor apartamento de 3 habitaciones dobles y luminosas. Un pequeño salón comedor con salida a un balcón. Tiene un baño con una espaciosa bañera, y cocina con todos los electrodomesticos: nevera, microondas, lavadora, tostadora, cafetera, plancha para la ropa...
Muy facil aparcar en la misma calle (muchas zonas de aparcamiento gratuito). A dos minutos de la parada de metro de Bac de Roda (a tres paradas de la Sagrada Familia) y 15 min caminando hasta la bonita playa de la Mar Bella.
Cerca dos centros comerciales muy importantes en la ciudad: Diagonal Mar i Glorias.
La finca dispone de ascensor.
Al lado de supermercados, farmacias, peluquerias, tiendas, parques....
Zona muy tranquila y familiar pero a la vez muy bien comunicada y cerca de todo.

Excellent location next to transport/shops. Spacious /quiet/Safe . Had everything we needed but due to Tour de France was pricey but compared to elsewhere price was good. Rooms were great sizes just a few little things hold it back such as warm bedrooms but fans are provided everywhere if you are ok with that . Nice bathroom functional large fridge kitchen oven and washing machine . Just a few little things need abit of maintenance. I would definately stay here again if I could cope with heat more . Really nice safe area to enjoy seeing local life too. Aldi 30 seconds away bus as well and metro L2 2 min walk .

Das Apartment liegt wie beschrieben in einer Wohngegend mit guter Infrastruktur. Zum Strand sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Metro-Haltestelle ca. 5 Minuten, von wo aus man schnell in die Innenstadt kommt. Auch das schöne Viertel Poblenou ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
