At the outset, the process was checking in was super simple. The staff was great, courteous and very attentive to your needs. The rooms and property are well maintained. The AC's work well and bathrooms were well maintained and stocked. The La Rambla street is under construction so the entryway did look a little suspect but once you enter into the property, it is really good.

Excellent My husband and I chose this hotel for its convenient location, close to the port. We stayed here before and after our seven-day cruise. The reception staff was incredibly helpful when we arrived in Barcelona, allowing us to check in early after our long flight from Raleigh to Miami to Barcelona. Our room was clean and quiet, with a lovely balcony in both occasions. We had an outstanding experience in the hotel thanks to Jose Carlos and Cristina's warm hospitality and helpful assistance throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona - the staff were fantastic and our stay was incredibly comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Nice, clean hotel right in the heart of the city. Convenient location. Nice, accommodating staff. Breakfast was ok, but there are plenty of cafes in the area if you decide not grab a bite outside the hotel. They are doing construction in front of the hotel which was a bit noisy, but the windows provided good sound insulation.

The breakfast was lovely. Everything about our stay was pretty good. I was under the impression I booked a larger room but I didn’t really care about that because we weren’t in there however on one of our last nights when we were packing up from RC I realized that my $400 headphones had gone missing out of my room and they had never left my room so I did go to the front and try and get help but they were very dismissive telling me that there was nothing they could do and it was my own fault. This kind of took a toll on how I felt my stay was I was also told that if for any reason they didn’t show up in the hotel again, I would have to pay a carrier to return them to me all on my own timing

The room was very clean and of decent size. We also had a good size veranda. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast buffet spread is also good and the hotel is walking distance to La Boqueria , Gothic quarter and the port of Barcelona. There are also a lot of restaurants along the Las Ramblas close to the hotel.

Although the street the Hotel was on had construction going on where you had to zig zag around it the staff of the hotel made up for it in great hospitality. They lent us umbrellas because it was raining. Walked us across the street in the dark to a waiting cab due to an early departure. No matter how trivial the question we asked they answered with a genuine smile. The hotel helped make our trip to Barcelona a memorable one.
