Friendly staff, made us feel very welcome and offered knowledge and how to get to places we were interested in. Rooms were clean, comfy Nd spacious. The breakfast facilities catered for everyone and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Will definitely be planing on staying here again and would highly recommend as it’s right on Las Ramblas and three minute walk from the Metro 😬

Hotel is ok for the price. Location is very convenient. There is construction in front of hotel so not easy access. Especially when you come with car/taxi. You have to stop somewhere across the street, and drag your luggage to the car. Also no concierge to keep the luggages if your room is not ready. You have to keep them in the locker. Again, nothing about this is mentioned by the hotel in the description. Would have chose something else for convenience

Awesome Hotel with great breakfast, and it’s right at the beginning of La Rambla, so you won’t miss anything. Great staff that let us check in hours earlier which is a plus with American jet lag. Definitely would stay again.

Roadworks outside property I paid for balcony with view over the Rambla just saw roadworks. Power cut due to roadworks, staff didn’t seem bothered paid €20 per night for a view, waste of money.

We stayed at your property last Nov. 23, 2025. We were very disappointed. La Rambla was under repairs and we had difficulty finding your hotel. This critical situation should have been disclosed to us. Our taxi also was unable to come near your property and we had to transport our luggage and navigate from across the rambla. We have also previously booked and paid for a 3-night stay from April 1 to April 4, 2026 and we are really worried going back to your hotel. We are thinking of cancelling but the fee involved is the entire amount of payment which we have paid. Pls advise what options we have.
