It’s a Hostal
No windows in room. Walls like paper-next door neighbor a loud snorer so some rough nights. Staff was good and room relatively clean. Location was good and building seems safe. Bed and pillows were bare minimum. It’s a Hostal so I get it’s got some limitations but if you are asking how it was this is how it was. Coffee was served in reception area, and when it ran out staff just added more water through the same grounds. Photos were a little deceptive, there is no readily available laundry. We were able to do a monitored Covid test over WiFi but I would say the signal is barely enough. Overall the bare minimum for an acceptable stay. I have stayed at Hostals in Espana before by the way. Again, staff was very friendly and helpful but the facility is limiting.

Lovely 5 night stay.
Lovely little hostal (on the cheaper end as we were backpacking Spain). No breakfast as far as I’m aware. Reception on the first floor, open 24 hours. Our room was good, small with a double bed. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly as the frame was broken - but it didn’t particularly matter. Comfortable enough bed with 1 pillow each - a bit squeaky. Hostal is right next door to a shop and there are loads of bakeries etc in the area. All in all a good hostal. Would recommend. Only thing I would say is there is a city tax not included in the price. Most places we’re staying at didn’t have this. Maybe it was a Barcelona thing. Anyway it is written in the small print. Oh and the lift - which is very safe to use, is a little noisy. Could hear it sometimes in our room.

Very accommodating
I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I plan on returning on a future visit. I had a nice walk to the beach while admiring the architecture of the buildings I passed.
