property says its a 5 star hotel , this is not a 5 star hotel , lets start on the bed itself , matress its really old, mold by the bathroom and balcony , when we checked in , we requested early check in , and they took care of us , but when we got to the room , the room wasn’t clean 100% , they had open bottles in the fridge , plus the bedding smells really bad! the matress was so old the 3 nights i stayed there i woke up with so much back pain , and in bad mood ! im really not happy it all

The Gothic District is an amazing location. The rooftop bar is fantastic and overall location of Lamaro and staff are great!

The roof top bar is excellent overlooking the old cathedral and the square below. Location of the hotel is ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast option very good. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

I am so glad that I booked this hotel for my Barcelona vacation. The hotel is in prime location. It’s clean and elegant. More than the hotel, big shout to the staff. Front desk staff are so helpful, with their help I was able to plan for each day. Thanks to Jaime and Latrica for helping with planning the day. I should also mention about the front door guard and the bellman , always welcoming and greeting every morning with same energy. They really made our stay so pleasant. We love the Chicken avocado salad and the creamery burrata cheese , tomato basil salad. Yummm so refreshing! I would like to thank the House keeping ladies too. Amazing staff. I would stay there again if I visit Barcelona!
