The hotel is very clean, updated and quiet. Lots of amenities included with your stay. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet. You can easily walk to the closest metro or bus station. 15 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Lots of dining options, convenience stores close by. Their breakfast was amazing, lots of variety.

We had a really nice stay overall, the staff is nice and the room was clean. But it is not even remotely soundproofed as advertised, neither from outside noise nor from inside. We were repeatedly woken up by other rooms alarms or simply walking in. They also advertise laundry within certain times, but ours was delayed without notice, leaving us without clothes we were counting on and having to run to Uniqlo at 8pm to be able to be dressed the next day. I understand the delay but would have appreciated at least being given a heads up so we could choose whether to skip the laundry, or go buy clothes while out and about.

Quiero compartir que el staff que trabaja en este hotel fue muy comprensivo y excelente, cuando llegué, estaba sintiéndome muy mal por mi condición de epilepsia e hicieron acomodaciones para ayudarme, el lugar está excelentemente ubicado, muy bonito y cómodo, la Sagrada Familia a solo unas cuadras, tuvimos nuestra Luna de Miel de nuestros sueños. 10/10. We had a lovely stay at Hotel ILUNION Bel Art. The room was small but cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is great — easy to get around and access different parts of the city. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the stay!

Service horrible. A Cuban yelled to me. They did not call the cab for me and lost the connection. We needed assistance for my elderly father was totally ignored. Horrible attitude. Some employees told me that the Cuban, the blond girl between them they are not happy working there. The Cuban man at the desk kept calling me Colombian while I am Costa Rican. They blame it ion the disssable people but it is their fault . Again, someone who works there said they are not happy with their job, maybe poorly paid … who knows!!
