The room was over 2 hours late and the room was wery dark. In the middle of the night the fan in the bathroom started making terrible noises. So loud.the neighborhood is a little beat up, but being so close the Familia Sagrada was good.

The staff was very helpful and the location is very good. We had problems with the AC which was a major issue given the heat while we were there. Also, when we did get the AC working there was a strong sulfur smell. Additionally, there was some mold in the shower, which is an easy fix. The biggest issue is that we had left a “Do Not Disturb” on our door before going out for the day. When we returned the room had been cleaned everything moved and the AC was off. We had an early morning tour so had not secured a number of items, nothing was missing but we were frustrated with the event.
