A lovely hotel but in wrong location for us

Just a wonderful experience from check-in, receiving area information, high quality dinner experience, nice assortment for breakfast buffet items. A great place to stage exploration of Barcelona with affordable Uber rates around town and convenient access for cruise port too. Will return again if at all possible.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the day and they were willing to store our luggage until check-in time, however, they were able to make one of our rooms available early. The also were able to make arrangements for taxi pickup for the next day.

Good hotel in poor area

Basic hotel with friendly staff in a run down area of Barcelona. Lots of homeless people around the outside who didn’t bother us but made the area feel dangerous l. View from room staring at flats which wasn’t pleasant and limited food choices in menu. However, clean rooms with comfortable bed and ample space. Had to pay extra for jacuzzi (no swimming pool) but I possibly failed to read that before booking.
