Hotel was clean and very accessible, doesn’t include breakfast but by a good rate you can get a buffet to eat and food is great. The location of the hotel is very close to the main are of The Rambla area, public transportation very accessible too. The front staff was very friendly and very helpful with any question.

We could smell the damp as soon as we walked in the room. It was cold and the bedsheets felt damp too. The condensation in the bathroom was terrible, water trickling down window and tiles and pooling on floor. Toilet paper damp. Room wasn’t too bad once heating on but bathroom was cold as we had to open window to ventilate. Good location, buses and metro outside. Plenty of cafes, bars, fast food. 20 min walk to La Rambla

Good location for cruise ship passengers. If you get a room facing the street be Prepared for late night parties, leaving the local bars until 3 AM noisy. if you get a room in the back it will be quite. Over all the hotel is good.

Great location

Great location, staff very helpful and room clean. Room was internal and no wind ok was with outlook but thats what I booked.

The hotel is in a great location for walking to explore the city and close to metro. The only downside is the street noise is very loud in the room even with all windows closed. Made it difficult to sleep. Also the sheets on the bed didn’t fit properly, the bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress. Shower temperature was also hit and miss, alternating between cold to hot during. The room size and bed was comfortable and the breakfast great.

Alright but general comfort could be improved!

Arrived to find no towels in the room and until I had to request this twice at the reception I didn’t hear back from the chambermaid I politely asked. The room was alright but the shower’s control does not seem to work as it gets very hot then very cold without touching. Overall, the staff were friendly and eager to help.

Horrendous noise all night steet facing room and there was a venue/ theatre across the street that seemed ro have large groups of people coming and going all night. Was still going on when our taxi left for airport at 7am.

While this location was great for its proximity to the cruise port, there was a lot of activity all night on the street. Our room had a balcony, which was good because we were able to get a breeze. The noise on the street prevented us from keeping any windows open for extended periods. Our air conditioner was not particularly effective. Good location for the one night we stayed, but I wouldn't want to stay for longer, just because of the noise.

Great location to access sites and harbour but on the fringe to escape. The main road at the front was very busy and noisey, not in the hotel. Small gym was very useful. Last night of stay the disco next door was loud until 12am, then the alarms went off at 2am, three times. Staff very helpful.
