This lovely three-bedroom apartment is full of natural light. The comfortable furniture and the beautiful mixture of colours offer the place a welcoming and relaxing spirit. You will love cooking a Spanish meal in your own kitchen or just trying one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Located in the heart of the city, you will find many of the most beautiful landmarks only a few minutes from the apartment.
Within walking distance are Las Arenas and Joan Miro Park. You will love the La Villarroel Theatre and the Eixample Theatre, both in the area. The Rocafort Metro Station is available to zip you all around the city.

The apartment is ok for what it is but the furniture and floors are a bit beat up. If you are using this as a place to stay with a group it would be fine. Having stayed in 30 + rentals over a decade this was in the bottom half.
Location was ok as it was close to metro and neighborhood was active with local life.
Our five night stay in the apartment was fine with a good value for the money compared to competing offerings.
The biggest drawback of the rooms is that it is an old house and there is a lot of noise coming in from the streets. The apartment has been renovated and the cleaning crew did the best job they could have done. Still some edges, doors, windows are still quite old and cannot offer a "clean look" and functionality anymore. Some of the interiors in the kitchen and in the living room are worn down a bit.
The single beds are a bit short. The elevators work fine and quiet. All the transactions with Sweetin are electronic by default, so you need a smartphone with working internet connect to open the front door. In this building there are several Sweetin apartments and on some days there was a very friendly receptionist between 3 and 6 pm on the bottom floor.
The view from the small balcony is nice and the apartment is located nicely, so that many things can be reached by foot.
