The house is on two levels, on the ground floor we find the large living room with comfortable kitchen, bathroom with large hydro-massage shower and a comfortable sofa bed, on the first floor instead we find the bedroom with double bed and a large terrace where it is possible sunbathing.

The house is equipped with all comforts such as wi fi dishwasher, hydromassage shower and large courtyard where you can have lunch or dinner. Internal parking.
the house is located in a very quiet place and is only 5 km from the beaches of Bari Sardo (Cea, Foxi, La Torre and many others). from here you can reach the best beaches on the east coast of Sardinia.
Upon request, linen and towels are provided.

Süßes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Carmela u Paolo sind außergewöhnlich freundliche u zuvorkommende Vermieter! Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet u liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man herrlich in der Morgensonne frühstücken. Man kann das Auto im Hof parken, was super praktisch ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. :)

paulo nous a très bien reçu; le lieu est vraiment sympathique; par contre les rues pour accéder à la location sont vraiment très étroites mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme du village

Sehr netter Gastbeber! Lage ideal für Ausflüge auf der Insel. Unterkunft wie im Inserat beschrieben. Ein kleiner Ort ohne großen Touristenrummel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke!

(Fast) wie beschrieben

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und uns schnell an sie gewöhnt. Sie ist geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte das W-Lan während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht und der Schaden konnte scheinbar nicht behoben werden. Schade. Der Vermieter Paolo ist sehr freundlich, spricht jedoch ausschließlich Italienisch. Seine Frau Carmela haben wir nicht getroffen, können also nicht sagen, ob sie tatsächlich Englisch spricht. Das alles war jedoch nicht schlimm. Den einen Stern ziehen wir nur für das nicht vorhandene W-Lan ab. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl man sich mitten im alten Zentrum des Ortes befindet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Hat alles gepasst, wie beschrieben, nette Vermieter, Wasser stand gekühlt bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine hat es auch, toll, gerne wieder.

Posto ideale

È il posto ideale per chi vuole fare una vacanza rilassante, lontana dal caos e della vita mondana. Bari Sardo è un paesino molto caratteristico e tranquillo. La casa è molto bella, ristrutturata da poco, con tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono due persone stupende, molto disponibili e per nulla invadenti. Si prendono cura dei loro ospiti dall'arrivo fino alla partenza consigliandoci dai luoghi da visitare, alle spiagge, ai ristoranti. Siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno.

Schönes Appartement, nette Vermieter

Mitten in den engen Gassen von Barisardo liegt dieses schöne und meist ruhige Domizil. Für größere Autos ist die Einfahrt zum Innenhof nicht einfach! Allerdings entschädigt dann das familiäre Ambiente für das eventuell schweißtreibende Zirkeln! In der Ferienwohnung ist alles da, was man braucht und die kleine Terrasse vor dem Eingang ist sehr gemütlich! Bei einem Glas Wein kann man einen "anstrengenden" Urlaubstag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

VACANZA DA RIFARE

La casa è stata appena ristrutturata, molto moderna e confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort. Si trova, inoltre, in una zona da cui è possibile visitare tutta lOgliastra. I proprietari, Paolo e Carmela, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno indicato ottimi percorsi e gite da fare nella zona. Vacanza ottima, non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Casa ordinata e pulita con tutto il necessario (biancheria della casa,lavatrice,pentole e stoviglie)

Casa molto comoda per due persone con cucina abitabile, piccolo salottino (con divano letto e condizionatore), un bagno (con lavatrice) e camera matrimoniale con pale a soffitto. I proprietari, Paolo e Carmela, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, sono sempre stati disponibili e ci hanno indicato le spiagge migliori da vedere e i posti dove andare a mangiare. Casa consigliata assolutamente (sia per giovani sia per famiglie). Ci torneremo più che volentieri!

CASA E PROPRIETARI STUPENDI X UNA VACANZA PERFETTA

Vacanza meravigliosa, iniziando dall’accoglienza dei propietari Paolo e Carmela che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci indicazioni dei ristoranti, delle spiaggie e dei luoghi migliori da visitare.Nella casa non manca nulla, pulita ed accogliente e con spazio all’aperto dove poter mangiare. La zona dell’Ogliastra, offre tutto quello che cercano turisti come noi dalla sardegna, natura incontaminata, spiaggie libere, mare stupendo e gente cordiale. Super consigliato, casa pulita, comoda e con tutto quello che serve, centralissima e con parcheggio

siamo stati qui due settimane a cavallo del ferragosto...difficilissimo tornare a casa.abbiamo trovato un' accoglienza fuori dal comune,Paolo e Carmela ci hanno coccolato con le loro chiacchierate e infiniti atti di gentilezza.la casa è in posizione strategica:nel centro di Bari Sardo, vicina a un mondo di variegate spiagge per tutti i gusti, o alle tante escursioni all' interno dell' ogliastra .provare per credere!
