"This place is absolutely amazing!! It’s an old palace turn into a hotel with all the old palace charm. The staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and you are having an amazing time. They have a great tour for the residents that explains the interesting history of the palace. The complementary tea time is another fun thing to do. Make sure you visit the bar and try their whiskey with a hint of tamarind (the bartender was very nice and helpful). One last thing, get there nicely dressed since they have a very nice welcoming ceremony for their guests where they take a video of you using your phone and they also take pictures."

"Room was decent but can be improved with some attention to detail. Staff were courteous and responsive. Included breakfast had a repetitive spread but acceptable. Parking was available. Good location with access to shopping, transport and restaurants. "
