The first room they put us in smelled like a bar that had been closed up for awhile. The live seat in the room had a sheet over it. They moved us into another room. The room was closed up. No AC on. This is in South Louisiana- during this time the temp was over 92 degrees that day. It took awhile for the room to get half way cooled. I will give the shower 5*****. It was awesome. They charged e tea for my. ESD (Emotional Support Dog). I. Would advise everyone to stop in Walker. The Best Western- right off interstate is $15 more dollars per night. But… u & your traveling companion can eat a good breakfast every morning. Plus they have juice & coffee all day.

They have blood on door blood.im my bed. Poop on toilet paper roll. The bathroom door is broken. They are over charging people for a room. Then she over charged on the pets. It's 35 a day per room not per pet. She won't givee.tue 35 back. She charged 50 bucks. Then laughed. Still haven't received the 35 back. I will contact the owners if I have to.

Liked: Room very clean. TV/Cable selection good. Good shower and tub. Clean working refrigerator. Ice machine is working. Location is great! - Starbucks, Waffle House, quality seafood restaurant, great selection at convenience store - are all easy walking distance from motel.

I arrived late at night [11:45 PM], the night auditor was prompt, polite and helpful. My room was exactly as was promised, a non-smoking handicapped-accessible room with a king -size bed and a large bathroom. There was a convenient plug-in set on the nightstand, including USB ports for direct charge of gear and sufficient electric outlets to plug in personal gear. The room itself was simple, but clean, a pleasant welcome at the end of a long day. The room was hushed overnight, the only sound being the gentle sigh of the HVAC unit in the wall. In the morning, my day was pleasantly started by a hot, strong shower that left me well awake, and the free hot breakfast was a nice way to get the morning started. All in all, it is a place I would cheerfully stay again.
