Comfortable and Quiet Condo in Perfect LSU/Downtown Area

We opened our first unit August, 2017 and guests immediately went bonkers over them. They rave about 24 hour check in, great communication, wonderful amenities, stylish space, comfort, location and value. Now 12 units later we have gotten hundreds of great reviews across many rental platforms. .

Come enjoy our unique Louisiana vibe. We're sure you'll make our place your go-to spot when visiting Baton Rouge.

We are located in Historic Beauregard Town literally blocks from all the downtown spots of interest. One block to the Raising Cane's River Center, USS Kidd Battleship and Museum, Old State Capital among others. Three blocks to third street with all of it's restaurants, pubs and other night life. LSU and Tiger Stadium is a 5-10 minute drive. If you're in for an LSU game the shuttle picks up and drops off only two blocks away. How convenient is that?!? Additionally, the interstate is 10 blocks away. Getting around the city couldn't be any faster or easier.

The building was built mid-century which gives it some unique qualities that don't exist in today"s newer places, such as the exposed brick walls in the rooms. Classic New Orleans.

As mentioned the units decorated with a Louisiana theme. We openly source local art and furnishing and repurpose and reuse items when possible. That's what gives each unit is uniqueness.

The beds are plush and comfortable with new high new linens and pillows for a peaceful nights sleep.

The kitchen is complete with built in microwave, smooth top stove and all the necessary utensils for those who like to cook. We provide a coffee maker and Louisiana's very own Community Coffee. It's a true local dark roast that will wake you up.

It's all about the extras and we've included some things we would want like the anti-microbial Hotel/Spa dual shower head and hand held with multiple jet options. We've included Towels from the luxury collection, nice and thick. And to top things off we include Matrix, exclusive for Wyndham, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Pictures of all included.

There is a common courtyard in the middle of the complex to relax as well.

To top everything off we provide FREE, RESERVED parking which for downtown is a luxury.

So as we say in Louisiana, "Laissez le bon ton roulet!"

Clean and cute, this little condo is perfect for a weekend getaway. The owner made check-in and check-out super easy. We were delighted to find bottled water in the fridge, full ice trays, a fully stocked coffee station, and plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The A/C worked great and the bed was super comfy. We walked to Pastime, the oldest bar in Baton Rouge, and enjoyed the local atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again! (The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud, so I might bring earplugs next time.)

Great Property Manager and Location

My husband and I stayed here while in town for an LSU game. The location was great - quick to get to campus, etc., and Paul was fantastic - very responsive and friendly. Check in was super easy. The complex is undergoing some updating but it was not any trouble. The unit itself is spacious and well stocked for a weekend stay. It was clean and comfortable for this time of year. It could benefit from some fresh paint and the furniture is worn but comfortable. There are AC units in the front and in the bedroom - they are loud but were functional during our stay. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Not what we expected

The positives: close to LSU, mid city, and downtown, reserved parking, affordable. The property manager was very communicative and responsive, and the check in process was easy. The negatives: I’ve communicated the issues in the unit itself to the property manager, but other reviewers have mentioned the same concerns. While the owner seems great, I don’t think we would stay at this property again.

Great place!

This property was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and very close to my new job. I am in the process of relocating and stayed here during the week while I was working. It is only a couple of minutes from several different restaurants, downtown attractions, and is really easy to get to. It's also very close to LSU. It's right off of interstate 10. The host was very good and provided prompt responses. I have stayed here a couple of times, and I highly recommend it.

Not What I Was Expecting

The property was clean. There was a really old musty smell throughout the condo. Not the most pleasant experience due to the overwhelming musty smell. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like a dirty restroom.

Quiet, Convenient, Central Location...

The property was pictured as described. The host, Paul is accommodating, professional and personable. I returned for some much needed rest and relaxation, (and legal business). The property provided this for me. It was really great to come home and slow down a minute. Thanks Paul for everything

My daughter and I were there for her gymnastics competition at the Raising Cane's Center. It was within walking distance, which was fantastic. Close to so much! Within 10 min drive time of Sweet Society & City Roots Coffee. Owner communicated promptly and often.
