Dirty, no breakfast as promised. Towels were threadbare. Hallway reeked of pot. Huge pothole in parking lot. No ice at 7:00 pm. Two drunk guys on back steps. No one at front desk after 11 pm. Truly ghetto. $94.00 should produce better value.

You didnt bother checking the MAPS. Next door club is there since last 25 years. Not hotel fault.

Property was clean and had all the amenities you look for at an excellent price. Located convenient to LSU and lots of good restaraunts.
