Room was just ok. Cover for a/c unit barely hanging on. Furniture was worn and dated. Sofa felt like you were sitting in a bucket. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work. Stopper in bathroom sink was broken. If I was staying more than one night I would have requested another room.

Clean enough. No body wash in the container in the bathroom. Door to the bathroom stuck to the floor halfway open so you had to shimmy past the toilet to get in, then had a hard time closing the door. Pulled the sofa bed out and there was mold and stains growing on the underside of the bed. Ick! Breakfast was adequate. Check in clerk when I finally got to her, after waiting in line for a while was very nice.

It's a no for me, dawg.

Got a completely different room than I originally booked, and had to pay $50 more than what was supposed to be due. The room wasnt very clean either. There was a questionable substance on the curtain in the bedroom, closet doors weren't attached, just leaning against the wall, room smelt like a pack of cigarettes, tub/shower didn't drain well, the remote did everything but allow to select a channel and tissue layed out on top of the tissue box. Arrived later in the evening and traveling with a tired kid, I just rolled with it and touched minimal things in the room, No photo's were taken bc no one has time for that. I would not return.

This might be the worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. My room's AC was out and it took forever for the staff to move me down the hall to another room. My second room was filthy. Looks like the facilities were nice maybe 10 years ago, but over time, cleanliness was not a priority and it really shows. Carpet and furniture was stained. Table top surfaces felt sticky and oily. The ceiling looked like there may have been a leak or other water damage. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything in the halls. Also its haunted. Do not recommend.

I stay here 2-3 times a year - it is solid place, but is aging. Staff is in general pretty good. Still my go to for this area, but know that after years of staying here try to keep your standard high.

I am a regular HH Homewood Suites guest I enjoy the overall experience when staying at A Homewood Hotel However I would recommend upgrading this hotel because of the wear and tear of items in the room being rusted and old the walls and ceilings being covered with paint to hide water damage. For the amount of the stay and the reputation of the hotel I would expect better quality and visual rooms.

Overall good stay. Staff very friendly. Not the facility's fault but did have kids running and jumping above me at 1am; its was handled quickly. Then the next night a couple was fighting at 2am outside our window.

I haven’t stayed here in over 10 years. I forgot how nice this hotel was! Extremely quiet, clean and very comfortable! No complaints or negatives at all. I’ll be back soon just to get away and relax:)
