Built in 1915 and carefully renovated in 2019 tailor made for our guests, it has been appointed with premium finishes, furnishings, and linens. The home now boasts an open living room concept with a custom high-end kitchen, guest suites with thoughtful design and modern service, and on site laundry room. Whether you're in town for business, vacation or an LSU game, you’ll have a prime location along with superb amenities.

Ashley was amazing and provided every amenity. The unit was clean and supplies were abundant. The environment was warm and cozy. The kitchen was fully functional and well designed so that two or more persons were able to work in it at the same time. The bedrooms were more than adequate in size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were of such high quality that they could be described as just short of state of the art. Quick getaway!

The house was very clean had comfortable beds and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We sat on the front porch and had coffee in the morning which was really relaxing. We were close to everything that we wanted to do. I would definitely reserve this property again.

This is the place to stay

The home is as listed, beautiful inside and out. Location is close to downtown and only took us less than 5 minutes to get to Raisin Cane convention center. It is close to several other attractions as well. The property manager is great and was able to assist us in any of our needs. Why pay more when you can get this home.
