Hotel ruim, não recomendo.
Hotel muito velho. Alguns funcionários são mal educados. O assento do banheiro era velho e cheirava urina. O lençol estava rasgado e manchado. Algumas toalhas eram muito finas e parecia pano de chão. Os equipamentos da academia estava precários sem manutenção. A limpeza dos quartos era realizado mediante solicitação, caso contrário não limpavam. Os produtos do frigobar era muito caro. O café da manhã era razoável. O quarto n. 1 tinha pouca ventilação. No banheiro tinha um pedaço de madeira pregado na parede para esconder o buraco. A categoria do hotel (3 estrelas) é incomparável com a realidade.

Todo o serviço foi prejudicado pelo fato do serviço de quarto no check out não ter recolhido o shampoo esquecido no box do banheiro e mesmo após meu contato telefônico informando o esquecimento e pedindo atenção, mantiveram a posição de "não ter sido encontrado nada" no box do banheiro. Lamentei e agradeci.
