Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our boho beach cottage is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy being close to the lake with beautiful bay views. Water access is close by in the neighborhood, bike trails, boat launch, and can walk to the local bar for the best burger in town. This two-bedroom cottage sleeps 4-6 people. There is a fenced in backyard and includes outdoor seating and a fire pit.
Lake Huron Boat Launch is 1.2 miles away. You can launch your boat there or drive your snowmobiles to access the Saginaw River and Lake Huron.

Cleaning & Condition Policy
Standard Cleaning Included:
Your cleaning fee covers a standard turnover, including:
Used linens and towels
Light cleaning consistent with typical guest use
Excessive Cleaning:
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property is left in a condition requiring significantly more time or labor than a standard turnover.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Excessive trash or debris beyond normal use
Food, spills, or stains requiring intensive cleaning
Strong odors (including smoke)
Unapproved late checkout causing cleaning delays
Unwashed dishes requiring extensive time
Pet-related mess or damage (if applicable)
Additional Charges:
If excessive cleaning is required, charges will be requested through the platform after checkout and may include:
Additional labor time
Extra laundry loads
Specialized cleaning services
Damage Policy:
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive wear beyond normal use. Charges will be processed through the platform resolution system.
Agreement:
By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize additional charges if the property requires excessive cleaning or repairs beyond standard use.
