"The resort was amazing! Plenty of food options and great customer service. We had 2 amazing servers at the beach and Alexis at the Media Luna was fantastic, Along with Daniel at tower 6 bar and Victor with the golf carts. That is just to name a few! Everyone was helpful inviting and attentive. Lots of pools in various areas and food options throughout the day from the pantry to the food truck buffets Hibachis and the bar food at all locations. The wild life was amazing to view as well!"

"The room was kept very clean and nice. The staff are almost all very kind and friendly. The ones who helped with our luggage and getting a taxi were exceptional. The food for dinner in the buffet could be better. The watermelon and apples were soggy. The meat is overcooked and hard to chew. Breakfast is very good. The wine was not good. The reserved meals were very good. We had a great time and enjoyed the food on the beach. Thank you!"
