This is the 3rd Secrets in Mexico I've stayed and unfortunately would rank it the lowest. The people/staff are great - zero complaints there. The spa was also amazing - we did a couples massage with the hydrotherapy water journey. I just think the layout of the resort is not ideal with the elevator situation and everything was so spread out. It took 4 days to understand where to go and then it was time to leave. I also didn't find the food/restaurants to be all that good.
