Facilities were clean, food was sub par an unimpressive. Pools were to hot at 95 and party pool was closed for two days. Riu white party was advertised but found out that the sister hotel that held the party was closed. We will not be going back to the Riu Palace.

Drinks tasted like cleaning supplies. They had strict times on when you could drink shots. Barely played music in the pool. Restaurant hours were weird and the steakhouse was closed. It’s okay but I wouldn’t recommend or come back.

The hotel layout was very well thought out. Everything was quick to walk to. The buffet had a lot of choice and food was fresh and delicious. There were a good amount of gluten and dairy free options - either specifically labelled, or just naturally free of those things. The beach was so close and there were plenty of lounge chairs. 10 / 10!!

I love the idea of having different restaurants on the property and not have to rely on the buffet all the time. And everything was all inclusive!! Lots of activities during the day and great entertainment during the evening. I will definitely come back!!

absolutely loved my stay at the Riu Hotel! The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and attentive. Everything from check-in to dining felt smooth and enjoyable. Went here with my girlfriend for 6 nights. It was incredible. Staff was extremely helpful and nice, the place was pristine from the hotel lobby, to the rooms, to the pool. The ocean was wonderful and our view from the room was great. We would recommend trying an excursion!
