We look forward to welcoming you to our thoughtfully designed, spacious two-bedroom custom home is a short walk (0.6 mile) from one of Bay St. Louis’ widest section of sandy beach, and only 1 mile to the restaurants and boutiques that line BSL’s Main Street. Primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed with soft duvet and linens, walk-in closet, roku TV, and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Secondary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and direct bathroom access. The spacious and airy bedrooms are the perfect place to relax and unwind during your stay.

Cottage has high ceilings throughout and tons of natural light, and it is fully furnished with modern and stylish decor. The living room is a comfortable space with 2 plush sofas and a large roku TV, perfect for cozying up on a rainy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare your own meals, an island for casual seating and entertaining, and an adjacent dining area that seats 6. Need to get a little work done or just want a spot to curl up with a good book? An office with built-in desk, a comfortable reading chair, and board games are ready for you to enjoy.

Outside, take in the bay breeze on the spacious front deck, which features 2 rocking chairs, a ceiling fan, and a dining table for 4 people. There's also a charcoal Weber grill for outdoor cooking (charcoal not provided) in the backyard, an Insta-worthy mural for selfies and family photos, and Adirondack chairs where you can kick back and enjoy the sunset.

This property is dog-friendly; *** ONE DOG ONLY *** per stay with pre-paid pet fee ($65) Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in beds, and they are not allowed to stay in the property alone and uncrated. Side yard is fenced for convenience. Please bring bags to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in green outdoor can.

Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, keyless smart locks, Sling Orange & Blue on TVs, beach chairs, separate mudroom with washer and dryer, off-street parking for 3 cars (1 covered), starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and soap, laundry detergent), Coffee Kit (drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, sweetener, half & half), Dog Bowls. Toiletries are not provided.

HOUSE RULES: 1) We are a 100% NO SMOKING PROPERTY. NO vaping or smoking of any kind IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. Evidence of smoking in home or on property will result in a $300 FINE. No open flames or candles inside. 2) No illegal activities permitted. No illegal substances allowed on premises. 3) Four (4) guest maximum- kids included. No unregistered guests allowed unless pre-approved by host/co-host. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age and be present during entire stay. 4) Do not eat or drink on upholstered furniture or in beds. 5) ONE (1) DOG ONLY is permitted with payment of pet fee and pre-approval by host/co-host. Dog should be on current flea medication and may not be left alone in residence unless in a locked crate. Please bring bags to pick up and dispose of dog waste in green outdoor garbage can. 6) No loud noise, music, parties, or events. Tape on walls or furniture and confetti is not allowed.

INTERACTION: We have contactless check-in! Additional property information and unique guest door codes for self-check in will be sent through VRBO shortly before your stay. There are keyless smart locks and RING VIDEO doorbells that are ON and OPERABLE at each entrance.
