"Property is in a lovely location and not too far to visit many of the attractions Norfolk has to offer. The property itself is lovely, but is showing signs of excessive wear and tear - some upgrades such as new sofas and mattresses would be good investment."

"Very impressed!The property itself was lovely with a new bathroom recently installed. The facilities of the whole house were of a high standard and Leon clearly has great attention to detail. Even the cutlery draw was very neatly arranged. Access to the property was easy as possible really, we had arrived quite late and got straight in. The absolute highlight was the well stocked hamper of essentials plus some luxuries. It contained, tea, coffee, milk, bread, spread, lager, Prosecco, chocolate among other things I’ve probably forgotten.Thanks for a great stay,Jonny + Phoebe"
