Settle in and relax at Lucy Creek Lodge in beautiful in historic Beaufort, SC. Incredible year round views from this spacious 3 bed, 2 and half bath home with a cabin feel.
Located on Little Lucy Creek you can enjoy your morning hot drink on the covered porch while listening to birds and crabs and watching for the deer, turtles, otters and the occasional dolphin. Surrounded by two 8 acre properties it is very private and totally relaxing. You can fish, shrimp or crab off the dock while watching the sun rise over the water or catch sunset over the marsh. Located on a tidal creek you can even bring your boat depending on it's size but if you have plans to do so, please contact us before booking for details.

Located on Lady's Island if you're looking for adventure you don't need to look far. Downtown Beaufort and Bay St with shops and restaurants and the City Marina and Park is just 6 miles away. Head to Port Royal just 8 miles away and check out the Maritime Center, more shops and restaurants and the beach and boardwalk at The Sands. For more beaches check out Hunting Island State Park just 20 miles away and Fripp Island. There is tons of history in the area along with plenty of events. Check out the Water Festival and Shrimp Festival in the summer.

As you walk inside you'll find a huge vaulted ceiling family room open to the sunroom. Plenty of seating on the leather couches and chairs to enjoy the natural light and views. There's a large dining table in the sun room to enjoy your meals and a desk with it's own view to accomplish any needed work. There's even a 2nd smaller porch as well. In the winter the fireplace will make things even more cozy. There's an accessible half bath off the family room.

The master bedroom is downstairs with a King size bed and memory foam mattress, side tables, dresser, closets and a Smart TV. It's got a spacious bath with double vanity, separate water closet and walk in shower. Laundry washer and dryer are also located off the master bath.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One with queen memory foam mattress, dresser, closet and Roku TV. The other has two twin beds that could be pushed together to make another queen/king. It has a small dresser and closet as well. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub shower combo.

The couches do not pull out but there are two foldaway memory foam twin mattresses and extra bedding for them in the master closet. These are easily moved to wherever they may be needed. Note no more than 6 adults are allowed.

The Lodge has Xfinity high speed Wifi internet with a Smart TV in the family room along with master bedroom and 2nd bedroom TVs.

Plenty of parking and a yard to play or relax in. Just arrive with your personal items as we’ve provided all the comforts of home that you should need to get your vacation started.

No smoking. No pets. No parties. Thanks.

Nice , quiet place. Not a lot of water in the creek at low tide. Need to be careful if going in at low. Overall it is a great place.

The house was set up perfectly for family gatherings with a nice open space indoors. The main room is more spacious than in the pictures with high ceilings, fire place, and a great dining room with windows surrounding. Our favorite place was a corner with chairs that overlooked the deck and water view. And tables on the deck to enjoy the great view. My husband never left the dock and had great luck catching sea trout, shrimp, huge crabs, and plenty of bait fish, including mullet with a casting net. Two fish we kept and were able to have fresh fish for dinner! The location worked out well since Lady’s Island is a short drive into downtown Beaufort and Port Royal. Definitely arrive the first time during daylight since it is easier to find. We were also able to easily drive to Hunting Island Park, and so glad we did! Definitely worth checking out. No fish but were told that fishing the incoming tide on the beach by the pilings and lighthouse has resulted in redfish.

Great wkd trip- boat friendly at low tide.

Wonderful time! Breathtaking views. Great dock and was able to maneuver low tide out to the sandbar. Cast net and crab trap were succcessful.

Beaufort Stay

We are two couples in our seventies and we found this house to be excellent. The house is spotless and comfortable with views of the marsh that make sitting on the deck at any time of the day a memorable and relaxing experience. The song birds in the trees also add to the backdrop. I also enjoyed walking to the end of the dock to observe the marsh life and the tides. The location of the property is very quiet and convenient for trips to the store, nearby towns and Hunting Island. Communication regarding the directions for arrival, checking in and departure are clear, concise and easy to follow. It is obvious that Eric the host takes pride in this special property. The photos that accompany the web site really do show what to expect. The four of us highly recommend this property as a wonderful place to relax and explore the Beaufort area.

Our getaway.

The home looks like something out of a Pat Conroy film.It was beautiful and peaceful and I personally loved the home and setting.The approach road was unique and Eric had an incredible home and I would highly recommend anyone and everyone staying here.Super close to all the good eateries.

Perfect Secluded Hideaway

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay the week of Christmas. Peaceful location and comfortable home. Had everything we needed and also enjoyed the fireplace. Recommend for a relaxing stay and would certainly stay again when we are back in town.

Beaufort Fishing Trip

Home was amazing. We had a group of six fishing for the weekend. Plenty of room for the boats. One parked at the dock for the weekend. Wonderful outside porch and fantastic views.

Vacation week

Nice property and very quiet location , close to restaurants if you want to go , but the kitchen has enough to prepare meals if you wanted to do that one evening and enjoy the deck . We sat on the dock and relaxed a few mornings and enjoyed the natural sounds of nature . The only issues we had was the AC not cooling very well in the master bed room it never dropped below 75 and the week was very cool temps outside so it could be an issue on hotter weeks . The driveway is dirt which is not terrible but we have a SUV , if you had a lower sports car you may need to be careful. Coming in at night there are no lights due to the distance off the road and heavily wooded but it’s nice to not hear cars and loud noises. Again we enjoyed the week but the AC was an issue at night while sleeping we could tell it was not as cool as we would have liked it .

We stayed for 8 days and everything was amazing. Peaceful, clean, and comfy. Kids loved crabbing down on the dock using just a piece of rope and a chicken leg! Would go back in a heartbeat. Had a bit of trouble with the washing machine and Eric had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. Fantastic time!

Amazing views!

We enjoyed the marsh views, fishing and crabbing off the dock and enjoying long days spent with family and friends. Communication with host was great and he accommodated our request for additional overnight stay. Love, loved this location!
