Outside of building is a little dated but the room itself is very modern. Nice big screen television multiple places to plug in your devices. Enough items on the breakfast. Great place for a one night stay but could work for something long term.

Pool not open

We went to check in and asked when the pool was open. They said the pool was closed for maintenance. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. Best Western Point South refused to give a refund, and told us to contact hotels.com: they tried contacting the hotel for a refund who refused again. We had to pay for another hotel. Not happy at all.

Pool was closed and probably has been for a while. I wish this would list on websites because it is one of the reason we pick a hotel. Bathroom was old. I was really off put by the crooked picture behind the lobby desk when I walked in. Just felt like no one cared. I appreciated it was quiet. beds were clean. Just rather a cold experience overall. Inexpensive for a one night stop.
