Don’t pass up this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom well-maintained home.

Located in a central location and close to MCRD Parris Island (about 6 miles away). Perfect for families of those who are graduating!

You will love the peaceful backyard, which is fenced-in, making it more child-friendly and great for enjoying its half-acre lot.

All bedrooms have beautiful bedroom sets. Two rooms have queen beds and one has a full/double-sized bed.

One full bathroom is located located in the hallway, near the three bedrooms. The second full bathroom is located just off the sitting area, near the dining and living rooms.

Kitchen is equipped with major appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) and basic essentials (small appliances, utensils, flatware, dishes,etc.).

Everything was in excellent shape. The back porch needs to be gone over. Hammer nails down on deck rails need to be fixed. The inside of the house was very nice. Everyone had enough room to be comfortable. Enjoyed our stay there

Wonderful long weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this very cute bungalow in Port Royal. It’s comfortable and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The hosts answered the questions I had and listed a few places to see & restaurants to try. We would definitely stay here again!

Blinds were broken in a couple of places, fence was down in the back (but that could be recent because we have been having a lot of storms down this way) and there was debris in a few places up by the house and behind the bushes. The house was cute are family fit perfectly in it. There was a few issue we had. There was trash left from previous people. Didn't pick it up till the lastnight we were there. Stinky.. the fans needed to be dusted. We fount food and wrappers under and one the couch. The smoke detector was always going off. Asked how to shut it off there was no response.the outside had a big deck with chairs falling apart was not able to sit down. Over all this was a cute house. Just needed a little tlc.

We had everything we needed and communication with owners was fabulous! The only thing we would add is a grill out back because it would have helped us from eating out all the time! We recommend this place for sure!

Nice House in a nice neighborhood

The property was very nice. Clean with plenty of room for four adults. Off-street parking, beds were comfy, full kitchen and close to groceries and other shopping. Very walkable. Historic downtown just minutes away by car. I would definitely stay there again.

We attended my nephew graduation from Marine Boot Camp. We chose the place because of its location. It was easy to find, very cleans and allows us to have a family atmosphere where as a hotel you are secluded to different rooms. I would definitely stay here again and would tells others about it.
