Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the photos. Even worse, there were bed bugs—I woke up covered in bites. The only decent thing about this place was the staff, who were actually helpful, but that doesn’t make up for the nightmare of staying here. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

not worth the stay

We were in town form my son's graduation from Boot Camp. The location was probably the best thing out of the whole stay. The room was not very clean. Floor was filthy, the bed moved and it was nasty behind it. The bathroom looked like there was old urine on the floor by the base board. The first night we were there there was someone high, singing by the pool all night. The area around the pool smelled nothing but urine. I will not be staying there again.

Oh to be young again

Very much a hotel my younger self (newly 21) would have loved. Cheap, easy, around everything. However, wish I would have gotten a non smoking room and also that cleanliness would have been a higher priority. Good amount of splatter from what I would assume, and hope, is from alcohol due to previously held parties. Overall, I was able to lay down, fall asleep, and move on the next morning. Everything you could ask for

Photos are stock images from corporate Wyndham Super 8. Decor is similar. Stained linens, floors turned socks dirty, hair in bathroom, dirty toilet. And smelled of cigarettes nightly with thin walls. No additional latch to open door while being safely locked inside. If not for being there for my once in a lifetime opportunity to see my son graduate bootcamp after 13 weeks there is no way I would have stayed there ever…ever…nothing could delay seeing my son after more than 13 weeks! False advertising for sure with this one. Location is near Beaufort. Unless you are strictly using this as a place to sleep it is not a hotel to relax and enjoy.

Worst hotel I have stayed in for years.

Friendly staff, but needs a deep clean

The staff was very friendly! The rooms needed a really detailed cleaning. We had to clean the bathroom door and all the light switches. They were dirty and greasy. The floor needed a good scrubbing as well. It's an Ok place to stay for a night or two. No hot breakfast as advertised. 😢

My icy experience!!

They call us to see if we were going to make, that gave us a good sign. However, the oveall of the facility was not satisfactory. I guess we cannot blame it too much on the admin on the snow icy surroundings since the weekend was a historical weather situation. But was slippery everywhere. They are selling queen size beds, but those are just a full size beds. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. Coffe was descent strong. The bedding need to be completly change mine were burn and stained. Housekeeping: my room had used soap, used towel on the bathroom door and dusty floors. The goods, I neede sheets forbthe sofabed , they brought those quick. My sister needed towels those took a minute but made it nice and warm.

It was a great location that’s not far from the military base. I heard some mixed reviews so I went in with low expectations. But when we got there, it was very clean, quiet and accommodating for our needs. The owner even recommended us a local cab service to help us get on the base with ease. Overall a perfect stay. 10/10.

Please look elsewhere!

Honestly, if I hadn’t been so tired I would have turned around and left after walking into my room. It did not look like the pictures! It was old, beat up and not at all clean. I found multiple hairs in my bed and a pubic hair on the towel by my sink. Dead bugs under the bed. Dust and grime everywhere. I woke up in the middle of the night to noise and the smell of weed. I’ve never been so happy to get up and check out in the morning!
