I really enjoyed my stay at the Priory Hotel. It's a nice, quiet location with a great breakfast included in the rate. However, what I loved the most was the staff. In particular, I want to thank Iren at the front desk again. I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the kitchen was already closed. Out of pure kindness, Iren decided to make me a sandwich herself so I could eat. If that isn't amazing customer service and going the extra mile, I don't know what would be! Great stay, 100% recommended.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful village but short drive to Inverness. Staff are very friendly, rooms were recently renovated and the food was lovely. It really punches above its weight.

Great room and location

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Our room was huge with a separate bath and shower. Enjoyed food in the beer garden which was excellent. Quiet room and a good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Room was big. Clean with a few exceptions. The 2 recliners in the room need to be taken out as they look very tatty. The shower needs some mould spray. Bed was very hard. Breakfast needs some TLC - visually unappealing. Staff were great
