Welcome to The Glade Escape!

This charming ski in/ski out condo is located in Trapper's Crossing, in the heart of Big White Village. Big White Village is located approximately 60km from Kelowna, or about a 50 minute drive.

Enjoy the bustling mountain and village views from your private hot tub on the covered balcony, or easily access the shops & restaurants, right on your doorstep!

This two-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 5 adults in the bedrooms and up to 6 adults including the sleeper sofa in the living room. Featuring 2 queen beds, 1 single bed and a pull-out sofa bed, you will be more than comfortable. This chalet is perfect for couples or families. With a one car garage, keep your vehicle, snowboards, ski’s and/or mountain bikes safe and secure during your stay. Access the unit through an exterior breezeway.

Washer and Dryer is available so you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.

If you plan to arrive to Big White with an oversized vehicle or large truck, please inquire with us prior to booking to ensure our garage space can accommodate your vehicle.

Location, location, location! What a spot! We have a truck (too big for the garage so had to park it in the lower mountain lot) so location was everything for us and this unit is ideally placed right on the fringe of the main village. Perfect access to everything, including great restaurants, the market, and most importantly, the slopes. The updated decor/paint was gorgeous – you can tell that the owners really care about their place and their guests experience. We also loved that it was only one flight of stairs up - nicely removed from ground level activity/noise, but not so far as to require multiple flights of stairs in ski boots at the end of long days. This was also our family’s first year away from home for Christmas so we were thrilled when we arrived to see that our host had put up a fully decorated Christmas tree for the holiday season - really REALLY nice touch Kyle, can’t thank you enough for that! We definitely look forward to returning!

Nicely furnished and equipped. Very comfortable. It would be small for more than 4 adults. The condo is a short walk-in walk-out for skiing but certainly doableHost was very responsive to our needs.

Great location with young kids

We stayed as a family of 4 in this unit. 2 kids, ages 4 and 8 and 2 adults. There was enough space for us all and the hot tub is great. Location is what made this unit really stand out. It was a short 4min walk to the village and kids club, which made drop offs for ski school simple every morning. Unit was quiet and had everything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was cozy, had so many games and puzzles, fully stocked kitchen, and we spent lots of time in the hot tub. Perfect location for skiing out, getting supplies from the market and going out for dinner!

Great Location

Always nice to be close to the village. The only think missing is the true ski-in ski-out. That is not easy to find though. Otherwise we enjoyed the cozy comfort that you get from this 2 bedroom condo. The bed in the master was very comfortable.

Awesome Condo

Big White is a great family mountain, you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you arrive. This was also exactly how we felt in this condo. It was everything we needed to create the best family ski holiday. Cozy, warm and relaxed. I have stayed at Trappers Crossing many times and this was the cleanest, most well maintained unit yet. The owner was very responsive and the location right across from the village couldn't be better. I would definitely stay here again.

Owners were very friendly to deal with, and accommodating for a few additional questions/requests. Location is stellar, with a very short walk to the main restaurants and access to 2 ski runs, allowing quick access to the hill. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking for a affordable stay, with nearly ski-in ski,-out accommodations

Mountain dream place

Very close to the Village. Place as advertised. My kids were missing Netflix but they are taking care of that for the future. We didn't use the hot tub very much, but every 3-5 days they send someone to check it. Probably won't do a hot tub again because of that hassle. The bedding all had a very strong body odor smell, and that was our only issue. Even with rewashing everything, it did not help. But, overall, we enjoyed the place. It was clean, close, convenient and well stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware, and the owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They took care of problems immediately. We got locked out after not being there for a few days and they reprogrammed the door lock immediately. We were grateful that they were paying attention and didn't have to stay in the cold.
