On the main floor is the living-dining room, with access to a covered terrace with sea views, a fireplace, a large mezzanine with a double bed, a renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and a suite with a renovated bathroom and shower. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two renovated bathrooms with showers and a large room with direct access to the barbecue and pool area.
Parking area in the house, capacity for 3 cars.

Groups of young people are not allowed.
