Everything was great. Great location, staff was very helpful. Rooms, swimming pool and gym was very well maintained. Variety of options in the breakfast. Access to U-Town shopping mall was great factor and lot of restaurants nearby. Musa helped me to order some shopping items.

I’d like to commend Mia Dong at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to guide me through the app - from booking the train to helping me place a supper order via your food app when I had trouble signing in. Her willingness to help really made my stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, the staff and experience were excellent.

Amazing hotel, great location. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety, both Chinese and western dishes. Nice gym, great pool and sauna. Staff were superb. Definitely a 5 star hotel and if I return to Beijing I will stay here again.
