The receptionist was nice and the area by the river was nice, but the hotel itself was awful and very dated. The small kitchen had a fridge but it must have been 30-40 years old, no facilities to make a cup of tea (or cups etc.). The staff was cleaning and talking loudly in the hallway/room opposite ours at 11 pm (evening). The balcony could do with a proper cleaning (see picture) - we did not sit there despite the nice view because the plastic furniture and the balcony itself was depressing to be near

Service irrĂ©prochable, l’équipe entiĂšre est agrĂ©able souriante et Ă  le sens du client. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est impeccable aussi , la literie confortable.Toutefois l’hĂŽtel a vraiment besoin d’un grand coup de neuf !! La façade est exposĂ©e plein soleil et la tempĂ©rature des chambres est difficilement supportable. MĂȘme si je ne suis pas fan de la climatisation ça permet au moins de faire chuter la tempĂ©rature pour bien dormir. Ma chambre Ă©tait super par contre impossible de dormir fenĂȘtre ouverte car les spots restent allumĂ©s jusqu’à minuit

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able. La vue sur parc est formidable, du calme apprĂ©ciable. À pieds en traversant le pont sur l Allier on est vite Ă  Vichy ce qui permet de visiter sereinement. Le personnel de l hĂŽtel est trĂšs prĂ©venant et disponible et avec le sourire (je signale car le sourire se fait rare). Donc un bon souvenir de mon sĂ©jour.
