Very old TV, had to have mine replaced, picture tube gone. The replacement was glitchy also! Fire Alarm at 1am, had a room with a connecting door. People on the other side tried to enter when they checked in, then woke me during the night, banging/knocking on it, tryibg to get in, AGAIN! Felt very unsafe. Water pressure in shower was very weak. Run down old Hotel. Will not be back. Very disappointed!

Bed bugs found after first night stay. Front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive as if they did not believe. Only after pictures were produced to their maintenance person, did their time change. Manager was quite helpful and tried to explain and assure. Full refund was given after I informed them I was leaving due to the bugs. Originally hotel offered to switch our room.

Checked in and given room key. When we went to open our room there was already people in their. We had to go back and get new room and keys. Our room key stopped working after 1 day. Service was horrible. This happened to other families on our team. We asked to have Sunday taken off as our team did not pass next round of tournament. Other families did same. We were told we didnt let them know within policy limit. It was a 2 hour discrepancy. We would not have been able to know about Sunday until Fridays afternoon game was done. The hotel carpets are stained and it smelled like dogs and cigarettes. Witnessed other guests ask to change rooms as their room smelled like cigarettes. The pool was in sub par conditions and closed on one day so we were not able to use if we wanted.

The room was very tired looking and shabby. I hope Ramada has a plan to renovate over the next few years because it wasn't worth the money I paid. The manager in charge this morning ( Sunday 31 August) was wonderful, approachable and kind. I didn't say anything to her since it is not her problem but the company she works for. Kind regards Tess

Dated. Very small bathroom. Not great amenities. No body wash. Hairdryer too hot. Tv not great quality. Alarm went but absolutely no indication of urgency. No notification from staff. Pool closed for "maintenance" but no indication of anything happening during daytime in midweek.

My overall experience with Ramada in general was terrible starting with the reservations line & ending with my stay. I was travelling with my daughter & 4 grandchildren (2 under 2) I sent an email to the hotel which never was responded to. I called the reservations line two days in a row at their recommendation. They couldn’t tell me if I would have adjoining rooms. On the day before my arrival the reservations line told me I would have to wait until I checked in to find out if my rooms were adjoining. Ridiculous! When I did finally check in the receptionist put us in adjoining rooms on the third floor. She saw we had small children with a stroller and a baggage cart but put us up there anyway. You have to go down three stairs to get from the elevator to the rooms. So back I go to the reception desk & wait while she finds us rooms on the second floor (no stairs). When we finally get all that sorted & go to the rooms, our first room was propped open. Who knows how long it was like that! So in I go, leaving my family in the hall while I check it out to make sure everything is ok in there. Again, ridiculous! On we proceed to the second room only to discover that the keys do not work. Three more times to the reception before we finally have keys that work. On my first trip back to the desk I notice a sign that says the pool is closed for maintenance. No one at any time made me aware of the closure & the shower in my room was dirty. Such a colossal disappointment. Never book

Staff was regularly not present at the front desk and our room was dirty when we checked in. There were crumbs beside the bed, empty pill bottles behind the bed, and a massive spider randomly crawled onto our bed and they didn't have any extra rooms to move us into. There was another couple complaining at the front desk about how dirty/smelly their room was too.
