We got an upgrade for parking from Peter at the desk. Appreciated as futher in the parking lot, lots of ice and snow. And thow I do not have a handicap parking permit, I have a knee brace and cane that makes it challenging to get around. We did try to go to the hot tub and pool after breakfast, but too many little children in the hot tub to enjoy, and some screaming . And though there were signs to shower before using facility, we looked briefly but did not see the showers. Registration staff were great, breakfast staff were efficient and cleaning was being done.

The hotel was super noisy by having neighbor rooms with a lot of kids around 1:00 AM who kept running and making noises. It was continued for a few hours unfortunately.
