Péssimo experiência.

Fiquei hospedada por 6 dias, eles me colocaram em um andar super barulhento. Reclamei na recepção, no entanto, não resolveram e o atendente simplesmente me marcou por minha atitude. Eu estava passeando e também a trabalho, fazia reuniões remota durante o dia e o barulho era insuportável e de noite não era diferente barulhos de banheiros dos outros apartamentos.

Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

Problemas e soluções

Tivemos problemas com defeito na televisão e infiltração no banheiro, em razão disso tivemos que mudar de apartamento. Isso não foi nem um pouco agradável! Não posso, porém, deixar de parabenizar o serviço prestado pelos funcionários do hotel, todos muito prestativos e gentis.
