Summary:

Welcome to this lovely apartment with a pool and only 550m to the nearest beach. The location is perfect for families as it´s a quiet area but still have proximity to everything the city has to offer. A stone's throw away is the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and the beautiful Paloma park with free hens, and a lake, among other things.



The Space:

When you step through the door, you are greeted by a newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment with the open and social kitchen on the left. There´s a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge and freezer, stove with oven, and everything else you may need for cooking on holiday. You also have a lovely breakfast bar with 3 high chairs.



Further into the apartment, you have the dining room with a dining group for 6 people, a comfortable sofa in front of the lovely terrace with morning sun, and a pool with sea view. On the terrace, you have a dining group for 4 people and a sunbed; there is also an awning if it gets too sunny.



There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, where the master bedroom has a large double bed and its own ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom also has 2 single beds, and the third bedroom, which can also be used as an office, has a sofa bed for up to 2 people and a large smart TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, dishwasher, shared pool, washing machine, and WIFI.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, 550m from the nearest beach and 1.8km from Benalmádena Puerto Marina, which has been named one of the world's most beautiful harbors. In the area, there are also grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops for those who want to shop.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to the apartment from the airport by car or taxi. There is also a train station 950m from the apartment that easily takes you along the coast, from Fuengirola to the airport and Málaga City.
