If the tens of phone calls can’t convince the hotel people to cancel the booking because something came up. We called within one hour of booking ! People want free money .. I had a bit of a difficult time figuring out how to work the room landline due to lack of instructions. Other than that, it was an excellent stay. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with great service. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.
