No pool or hot tub. The ceiling in the pool area was literally falling down. They had to turn the water off for 4 hrs one day with no compensation efforts When the water was turned back on it was brown

Shower had hairs in it, countertop was missing the side panels, carpet looked gross, no vending machines were working, pool was out of order, leaking roof, etc.

The room was fantastic! However, there were no working food or candy vending machines in the building and only one soda vending machine worked. The big thing is we stay here because of the pool and hot tub which was closed and has been closed indefinitely until they’re able to repair it. If we know the pool is not functioning, we would not have stayed at this location. Also, the continental breakfast was not very good and had very little selection.

The pool was closed, the room we had was disgustingly dirty! Lots of dust and grime everywhere. Cracked shower floor, cracked hairdryer, broken shower head holder, broken curtains, safety rails in bathroom coming off wall, no mirror in bathroom. I showed the front desk person all the issues in our way out in the morning.

The room was a little bit dated and could have used some repairs, but it was immaculately clean and I can't ask for anything more than that. The room and hotel itself were very quiet. Both of the nights I stayed there as well. Check in and check out. We're fast, easy and painless.
