Needs Updated Bad

Needs updated, musty smell, i was able to clear up the smell by opening the window with the fan on. Picture has mold inside it maybe this is why i was waking up with my head clogged and sinuses bothering me. Walls stained, shower curtain rod was damaged, the curtain would drop to the lowest point of the rod because the rod was almost pulled out of the walls at both ends. Turning on the sink faucet was almost nearly impossible. Tv could be of a better picture quality, low high definition ut not todays standards. Lamp was tapped together, carpet stained. Wood furniture was pealing in various places. Hot tub was not operational. Widow was badly hazed out and not able to clearly see out.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a dog, so we were given a pet friendly room. The room smelled like dog urination, breakfast was horrible. Not many choices

My only complaint was that the beds were really uncomfortable. Staff was great, clean rooms (a bit dated and in need of some updating but still a good room). Was good for a short stay.

Our room was not clean especially the bathroom. The tub was very dirty, we had to go to the store and buy bleach cleaner and scrubbing pads to clean it and the toilet seat. One of the housekeepers was walking around barefooted and in her PJs caring dirty or maybe clean linen without gloves.

Nice and efficient place to stay.

We just needed a place for a fast overnight stay to attend a family function. Staff was very friendly check in and checkout was very efficient. As expected there was some traffic noise as the hotel is right off a main highway, but the room was clean and comfortable. The serve yourself breakfast was perfect for a quick bite to eat to get back on the road quickly. Appreciated coffee and tea being available all day.

They do not serve any hot breakfast. They have a waffle maker, the coffee is terrible and you have boiled eggs. There was candy and peanuts on the floor and no coffee maker in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a wood floor with flat pillows. Even when the pillows were folded they didnt support you. The staff was MIA. The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor with 3 children under 5. The house keeping staff was walking around without shoes. The store rooms were so full and junky. They brought us a crib and it was stained with idk what.

The shower was full of black dirt on the sills. It was just running off the walls in the bathroom. Fire alarm was hanging by a wire out of the wall. There was tissue stuffed in the peephole in the door and not removed before our check-in. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.

You get what you pay for

Staff was very nice, but the hotel needs serious upgrades. We brought our dog because it was a pet friendly room, which is great. The downside is at the carpet smelled like pet urine which I understand in pet room he think will happen, but there are certain cleaners. You can use with enzymes to get the smell out and if it’s been a while, I think it’s time to replace the carpeting.
