I came to Michigan for a last minute emergency. Charisma was the clerk I spoke to the day before my stay over the phone to answer questions I had, she was also the one that checked us in and out. She was so helpful and kind, she answered all my questions and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I would have given a 5. While we had a t.v. in our room, it didn't work. Staff wasn't able to fix the issue claiming it was a Direct TV problem. Our friends who were with us also had t.v. problems. Please chamfer your service provider. This was totally unacceptable!
