LUXURY Lakefront Property on Private Beach with Stunning Lake Views and Sunsets

Built with the utmost attention-to-detail by an acclaimed interior designer this Union Pier property is the best that Southwest Michigan has to offer. The main house has four bedrooms with an open floor plan on the 1st floor including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The finished basement has additional sleeping space for 2 people (2 twin beds) and a large sectional couch. Lake views are visible from almost everywhere in the main home.

Outside you will find a huge deck with an outdoor fire pit, a screened-in porch with an eating area, hammocks, lounge chairs, and tons of additional space for entertaining or relaxing. The property sits on a private beach with 100 ft of lakefront. You will have the beach to yourself all day and can have campfires on the beach every night.

Directly behind the main house you will find an adorable cottage used as a guest house which allows for privacy away from the main home. The guest house includes its own kitchen and living room with pull out couch and fireplace on the first floor. The 2nd floor includes a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a loft sleeping area, and a living area with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.

This home was built with all high-end material and no expenses were spared. Located in the heart of Union Pier, it's minutes away from popular restaurants and only 10 minutes from downtown New Buffalo.

Beach Week 2025: Wow!

Our family loves beach week because this house and private beach are amazing!! The house is fully equipped and the beach shed has lots of chairs and toys for everyone to have fun at the beach. I love that the kitchen, dining area and family room are all connected. The back porch area is huge for all of us to relax and watch those beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets. We have made so many happy memories here. And-Mo the manager was very helpful and nice when we had a minor request. The owner is wonderful to work with too. Truly a great week. We’ll be back again-can’t wait!

A treasure in Union Pier

This beautiful house is so comfortable and accommodating that you will never want to leave. The added benefit is the coach house the outdoor space is gorgeous and enormous.A fire pit to hang around or make s’mores over. The views of the lake are spectacular and you can sit and relax in the gazebo or one of the hammocks strung from the trees. This is our second stay here, both for family birthdays and although the weather was a bit cooler than the first stay we still had an amazing time. The host and manager were very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. I can’t recommend this house more and we will definitely be back!!

Great experience

Three days after a major storm knocked down trees on the property and all across town, a huge effort was made to get the yard cleaned up and a broken window fixed. The place is stocked with everything you might need. Huge fridge, big bbq grill, more beach chairs than you’d need and a convenient fire pit right out the back door. Incredible view of the lake and sunset.

Relaxing Stay

We reserved this beautiful beachfront home for our annual family reunion and it was perfect! The view was fantastic and the indoor and outdoor areas accommodated everyone comfortably. We enjoyed the fire pit nightly and the beach area was magnificent! The kitchen was well stocked with adequate supplies needed for cooking. We specifically loved the round table for dining. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend.

We were a group of 10 adults and 10 kids under the age of 8. This house was perfect for us! We loved the beach as our backyard, swimming by day and campfires by night. The host was a great communicator and very helpful as we planned our trip. We’d love to return!

Family Reunion and Birthday

I was absolutely swept away by this property. The house is stunning inside, the view of the lake from the house and the backyard space are incredible and the private beach access is amazing. We surprised my mom for her 70th birthday with a family get-together at this house and couldn't have been happier with this property. It is spacious, well-stocked, and comfortable from top to bottom. We loved our stay and we all left saying...we have to come back to this house!

Another excellent stay...

This is our third time renting this home. It continues to be a charming and enjoyable lake house. It is very comfortable for us, we love the the beach and proximity to restaurants which we like. It is very relaxing to listen to the waves at night. The kitchen is equipped well for cooking, the washer and dryer are convenient and the air conditioner works well. Thank you again for a nice stay.

Amazing beachfront getaway

We used this house as a physical therapy school reunion, and had an absolute blast. The location was perfect as you just have to walk down a couple of flights of stairs to Lake Michigan, and a few stores are close by as well. The sleeping arrangements were great as there are so many comfortable beds and couches, and plenty of things to do inside. The back patio was great to hangout for fires and card games, and the basement actually looks recently updated, even better than the pictures listed

Wonderful Beach Access

The beach access is very good at this property. About 40 steps with railings on both sides leads to a fully stocked beach shed. Then you walk through a dune to a beautiful private beachfront. The owners have been very thoughtful to have the beach shed fully stocked with chairs, beach boards, beach umbrellas, floats and toys. This is incredibly handy to guests and we were very appreciative to have all of this so easily accesible. The outside deck facing the beach is incredible. Lots of comfortable seating, a fire pit and screened porch. All beautifully landscaped. There is a wonderful outdoor shower to rinse the sand. It's absolutely first class. The house is lovely. The only downside is the first floor bedroom is very small. It does have a half bath next to it and there is a full bath with a walk in shower on the first floor. My parents aren't able to climb stairs well and they would have liked a larger bedroom on the first floor. The bedrooms upstairs were lovely and the bathrooms were all beautifully tiled with high end fixtures. Plenty of space in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked and even had spices available to use. The home is very comfortable and has a lot of character in the interior design. The cottage is also very nice. We had three generations on the trip and had a really nice vacation together. The hosts were wonderful too!

Wonderful house for families!

We had a wonderful stay at this house to celebrate a family birthday! Ages ranged from 1.5 to 73 years old and we found the house very comfortable for all ages. The communication with the owner prior to our stay was very prompt and helpful. Everything in the house perfectly matched the description and exceeded expectations! The home was well stocked to meet our kitchen/cooking needs and included other amenities such as all linens, beach towels, toiletries, pack n play and beach chairs. That truly made it a turn-key experience for us traveling with young children. The lake view from the home was outstanding and the private beach access was incredible! There is a public beach area right next door but it didn't bother us at all. Just be aware that there are stairs down to the beach if you are traveling with elderly family members but we found the stairs sturdy and accessible. Overall a wonderful stay from start to finish!

A wonderful weekend

We had a great time at this beautiful home. We were three families and with five children between the ages of 10 months to 4 years. The house was perfect for the kids to run back and forth to the beach, to cook big group dinners and to relax around the fire pit in the evenings. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The location can’t be beat. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic winter getaway!

Wonderful all around. Adam was super responsive about renting on short notice, and Mo was so helpful. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of Lake Michigan. The house was plenty spacious but also very cozy. Can’t wait to come back.

A wonderful spot for our reunions

We are a group of over a dozen friends who have now enjoyed this home two years in a row now. It's a lovely home, on an incredible property that is well situated for large groups to take advantage of the gorgeous views and location. We're fortunate that our group is flexible on sleeping arrangements, but it could prove tough if you have lots of couples who require privacy, but overall -- we were all very comfortable! The hosts have definitely taken great care to makes sure that home is ready to support a larger group, from plenty of dishes, seats, and even beach equipment! We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Memorable Fall getaway

My parents, three siblings, and our families came together at this amazing location for a fantastic long weekend. We had 20 people, from 1-83 years old and everyone loved it. The kitchen, dining and outdoor space was Perfect for dinners together. The low bluff beach was a favorite place for all. We had fires in the fire pit every night. Not only was the house in perfect condition, but it was very well appointed—even firewood!
