We loved the location and service was good, kind and friendly employees. The free breakfast area was not clean and lacking. Cereal, bagels, yogurt etc... but the trash cans were covered in food splatter, dirty rags and water were left out by the drinks.. drinks were running out in the fountain. We choose not to go back to breakfast after the 1st morning. Pool is closed and they are doing renovations so hoping they will continue in the right direction, they just need to clean up the food area and a better breakfast would be nice.

Convenient and clean

Although extremely busy for the holiday weekend, the friendly hotel "team" did a good job keeping up with the very occupancy rate. The recently renovated room was fairly quiet, very clean, and pleasant. The facility looks like it's total renovation in process, with probably most of the rooms updated, hallways, restaurant, and pool (closed) in-process. Also, an update to the continental breakfast would be nice if not planned, along with better air flow and maybe other "hot" food additions. Perhaps that will happen when/if the restaurant/kitchen are completed. Location is excellent and convenient for walking to just about everything/place we visited. Plan to stay again in the future

Location was helpful and included parking in the room rate. Property and room was not well taken care of. 3 of 6 pillows didn't have pillowcases when we checked in. There was hair from a previous stay left in the shower as well as sand all over the bathroom floor. The LED mirror and exhaust fan didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work. The room phone had no directory on it. Luckily no bed bugs. The provided breakfast was sad. The counter under the juice and coffee dispensers had a huge puddle of water below, the room was the same temp as outside and the selection was disappointing. The cereal was stale and the coffee was gross. We didn't brave the indoor pool. We would have checked out early but the room was prepaid. Thumbs down.

Everything is near by but Uber and Lyft stop around 9 so you need to plan for driving. We asked for adjoining but not given. Had issues with our room keys. They tried to make better by giving us a 20% discount but not yet received.
