Beach Bliss, Pet Friendly Retreat, With Hot Tub Near Lake MI

Escape to our charming 2BR cottage just a few miles from the pristine shores of Lake Michigan. Our cozy retreat is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy all the beauty and activities of the Michigan coastline. Many of Southwest Michigan‘s most beautiful beaches are located 5-10 minutes away and the drive to downtown St. Joseph is only a quick 7-minute drive along the lake! The neighborhood is small and quaint, perfect for a peaceful and secluded getaway while remaining close to all the wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, and golf courses!

Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With two comfortable bedrooms and an expandable couch, our cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests, making it perfect for families and weekend getaways with friends! Enjoy the outdoor area with a fire or relax in the spacious hot tub, with comfortable seating and powerful jets. We also welcome your furry friends with a per-stay fee of $65 (max-2), so feel free to bring them along for the adventure! The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials and the living room has a comfy couch and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Outside, you'll find a private patio area with a grill, perfect for cookouts on warm evenings. We also have a small fire pit to enjoy during your stay.
Guests can access the house anytime after check-in with a generated code.
Please note: Also located on the property is historic church renovated into another rental situated nearby the home. While close in proximity, it remains fully private, with no shared access between the two buildings. All windows on that side are frosted to ensure comfort and privacy for both spaces.
We are dog-friendly, please no cats. We require a $65 per stay fee (max 2 pets.) You are welcome to include your dog(s) in the booking or we can send a separate invoice. If you choose to bring your pet, please keep them in the designated areas outside and clean up after them!

Loved this charming home in Benton Harbor! My husband and I stayed here along with our 12 yr old son and our family dog. The space was perfect size and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Very easy to navigate from the house. Just a quick15 min drive north to South Haven (great for the Pilgrim Haven Nature Ctr AND Captain Lou's!) And a quick 15 min drive south to Silver Beach and SBPizza. Gotta check out the Lumberjax Ax Throwing! So fun!The backyard is a perfect space to unwind and sit by a fire.I didn't realize it was 8-10' from another rental until we arrived. I was worried about our dog barking and possibly disturbing the renters, but we kept her outside only briefly at night. The proximity of the other rental won't prevent us from returning. Still feels very private and cozy!

This is a quaint cottage close to the beach and downtown area with lots of shopping and dining options. We enjoyed Silver Beach and walking around downtown. After eating and shopping we were able to relax in the quiet neighborhood.

Nice Little House

This place is perfect for 2-4 adults that really just need a place to sleep and relax. Kind of a different setup with the church/bell tower right next to the house but nothing bad about it. We had minimal contact with the owners, which I appreciate. Everything was as advertised. Would stay here again.
