Staff did nothing to address the missing curtain in the room. I messaged three days in a row, and noting. Staff were unresponsive, and I did not feel safe in this hotel as a single woman. The windows are large, and there was a missing curtain which meant I had to get dressed in the bathroom, stay on one side of the room, and I was unable to use the room properly - I could not watch TV from the bed at there was no curtain. Staff took a long time to respond to whatsapp messages; they also did not respond when I called them.

WARNING

My stay at Nena was one of the worst experiences I've had to date, and ive traveled a lot. Management was aware that they have had repeated flooding issues in the shower. I was not informed of this and I had to spend my saturday morning cleaning out the entire apartment to avoid water-damage. When informing the property of this and requesting a chat with management I was told to meet them, no one showed up all day (I went twice) I was also promised to have someone come fix the issue, noting. We had to pile up towels to be able to take a shower. I then requested a refund and didn’t even recieve a reply. At the end of the day I was happpy my stay was limited to two nights. I mostly feel for the poor girl working the reception as the management seems to be increadibly irresponsible and unresponsive. I will issue a BIG WARNING for anyone considering this property and likely then also their other priperities due to the lack of management and oversight.

The property is fine for a short stay but it is basic and beds uncomfortable. No functioing Wifi either. We had several issues with equipment not working and layout doesn't work for a long stay as kitchen in one of the bedrooms, as is the TV which due to basic nature only had two English news channels. Clean quiet safe and very walkable into town with close grocery stores and public transport.

Apartment was very simple. Plenty of space and big bed. TV did not work and no one came to fix it, Very cold and could not get heat. The bathroom wall heater came on at our last night. Location is great. If you just need a place to sleep then Nena is good.

I loved the staff and how attentive they were. They made the check in process so easy. We did get a bit lost trying to get into the building but they were able to meet us in the front and guide us in. I also appreciated the rooms. The rooms were very clean and neat. We were a a good size group and appreciated the location and the fact that we were able to find them so last minute.

The receptionist Daniel was the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with and I stay at around 90 different hotels each year. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you will be in the area for leisure.

apts Nena are one of the worse apts I’ve every stayed in .cheap shabby furniture. Pillow to bad to talk about .overall a disaster so I’ve you looking for an apt in Berlin do not go to them .

Spacious, calm and peaceful. Outdoor temperature was around 20c during our stay and apartment felt perfect during this. It would have been handy to know exactly what kitchen equipment to expect (e.g. no glasses, cooking spatula, wooden spoon etc) so we could have come prepared. Otherwise, no complaints - would definitely stay again!
