Exceptional hotel
Centrally located, at walking distance to the museums' island and Brandenburg Gate. Tastefully interior decoration throughout – the large welcoming hall, the restaurant, hallways, and rooms. Our Deluxe Room was large, with a perfect bed, bathroom, and efficient, noiseless air conditioning. Very professional and helpful staff – thanks for the welcome and the credit. We had dinner at their restaurant – we enjoyed the well-prepared food, the wine, the service, and the whole atmosphere. I hope will come back again someday.

This is an excellent property to stay at. Top notch spa with attentive, caring technicians. Room was designed beautifully with great bathtub and nice linens. The front desk service is impeccable and the breakfast was very good. Nice lighting - Our bed was a tad bit firm for our taste, but overall everything was in great condition.

Incredibly unwelcoming
If you aren’t dressed “right” each staff member will ask you where you’re going and how they can help you leave the hotel. Never before have I been asked do many times why I’m at the hotel when I’m just trying to get to my room. I like to wear sandals and shorts since it’s summer. I’ve never felt so unwelcome before…or been apologized to so many times before because staff didn’t recognize I was a guest.

Good but a little soulless . Two restaurants , but room service has erratic pricing - 12 euro for black tea is outrageous when a capuccino is only 7 . Should have told us the pool is closed as it was a reason for our choice
