Segunda vez que me hospedo

Ficamos no feriado de Carnaval e no feriado de sexta-feira Santa, resolvemos viajar, encontrei o mesmo apartamento disponível e não pensei duas vezes, nos hospedamos novamente. A D. Vânia é uma excelente anfitriã, muito prestativa e atenciosa, atende rapidamente a solicitação de reserva e nos orienta como proceder assim que fica próximo da viagem. O apartamento é bem próximo da praia. Uma observação, é que os demais hóspedes dos outros apartamentos do prédio, estavam muito barulhentos: música alta (00:30) , 04:00 conversando alto próximo à nossa janela, estava viajando com idosos e uma criança que têm uma rotina de sono e isso nos incomodou. Mas não tem nada a ver com a proprietária, os zeladores poderiam falar sobre horários com os locatários, talvez melhorasse. Tivemos um feriado prolongado muito bom, só gratidão à Vânia e sempre voltaremos reserva.

O apartamento estava OK, mas faltavam vários ítens básicos na cozinha, que costumo encontrar em outros apartamentos que aluguei. Alugo todos os anos e tenho experiência. As camas eram inadequadas para adultos altos. Beliches estreitos e curtos. Cama era de casal e não queen.

Amei a minha estadia. O apartamento está em perfeitas condições (acredito que tenha sido reformado recentemente), localização ótima. Já conhecia o condomínio, mas no apartamento da Vânia foi perfeito. Fora que a comunicação sempre foi rápida. Vamos voltar muitas vezes.

O apto é simples e correto, a infra do prédio é ótima e cumpre o proposto. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Proprietária atenciosa e solícita. O anúncio poderia deixar mais claro tratar-se de um primeiro andar voltado para a rua. Com os luaus na Riviera proibidos na beira da praia, os jovens ficam parados na rua em frente o flat ao lado do prédio, falando alto e com o som dos carros am alto volume. Essa barulheira incomoda bastante tarde da noite, indo até a madrugada,, especialmente finais de semana.

D. Vania muito atenciosa. Apartamento muito bem conservado. Ar condicionados dos quartos e sala novos e eficientes. Destaque para a limpeza do apartamento quando chegamos. Geladeira, fogao, e móveis muito bons. Ressalva aprnas para a cama de casal que apresenta ser fragil com rangidos. Ponto importante referente a obrigatoriedade de exame medico para liberacao de uso da piscina e sauna do condominio. Foi informado pela proprietária apos eu ter feito a reserva. Consegui consulta com dermatologista porem poderia nao ter conseguido. Deveria constar no anuncio no app. A propósito, a piscina e excelente. Complementa o dia na praia. Voltaria novamente.

O apartamento é ótimo. Todo reformado, com decoração clean , bastante aconchegante e ótima localização. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Utensílios de cozinha com qualidade e quantidades suficientes para o número de pessoas indicadas no aluguel. A área de laser, do prédio, é excelente, também impecável e com acesso direto à praia. Ótimo apartamento, excelente localização e uma espetacular área de lazer e convivência a poucos metros da encantadora praia da Riviera de São Lourenço. Os quartos são pequenos e funcionais, porém, os mobiliários planejados mais o ar condicionado possibilitam noites de sono tranquilas e confortáveis. As salas de jantar e estar são espaçosas e bem decoradas, proporcionando um bem estar incondicional. A área de Lazer apresenta uma piscina fantástica com diversos espaços para churrascos e práticas de esportes além de um paisagismo bem cuidado e de bom gosto. Itens importantes como segurança e tranquilidade de " ir e vir " garantem a esta acomodação uma no 10.
