Hotel felt tired and understaffed. Our room was not cleaned or serviced between nights one and two. The indoor pool area had a noticeable odor. Overall felt like an economy hotel at a luxury price (over $500 / night with fees for a suite.)

When I booked, I was told there would be a pull out couch in the room in order to sleep 5 people. In reality, I had to request a dirty, worn out cot for my son to sleep on. It had sharp metal edges and was not at all comfortable for him.

Property was definitely clean and maintained. The photos for this property need to be updated, photos show a bar, fine food for dinner, and continental breakfast. Discription was deceiving as well. No Bar, No Dinner, and the continental breakfast was sub par for the price paid. We went out for breakfast the 3 days we were there. If you are looking to be centralized location that is the highlight. The floors clicked loudly when walking, i could hear the upstairs room as if we lived in a duplex. The cleaning staff vacuuming sounded like it was coming through the walls. If in the area again i would look elsewhere to stay.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived about 5 pm. That should be PRIMO check-in time. 4 parties were waiting to be checked in. I was first in line and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up. The joint is "okay." Not filthy, it just looks like every surface, and every floor needs a good scrubbing with Lysol or something. Not worth 300 dollar for darn sure.
